      The interview process was easy

      Cons

      Questionable management, and a focus on making profile over providing good service. All staff were paid an Apprenticeship wage, but no training was ever actually offered. COVID restrictions at the time were blatantly disregarded. The company also pursued customers to pay for service they blatantly didn't want and hadn't asked for i.e. a continuation of services when what they'd signed up for had finished.

      Progressive group of people Team members are driven and bring their "A" game every day A professional and supportive environment for team and clients Customer success-focused Your contributions matter, and are recognized and rewarded. The company is solid and continues strategic growth. Salaries are fair and consistent with the market for SaaS

      Matching 401K would be nice. Locating qualified talent that possesses the unique skill sets required for some of the roles can be challenging at times. (Automotive AND SaaS

      Growing organization with specific niche in Automotive eCommerce - Innovative company that hires top talent - Have witnessed company evolve over the last few years with management taking a drastically improved approach towards culture and strategy - Employees ideas get heard and often implemented - Launching new products to expand product offering to their core Automotive audience

      Cons

      Competitive eCommerce marketplace with large players emerging more in the Automotive space - Marketing and messaging can be improved - Development team is small so new features and custom development take time.
