nothing positive about this experience.

I exited the organization in the year 2022 (18th Aug 2022 ) and have been in touch with the HR department and accounts dept for the following since then 1. Asking them to transfer my PF to the UAN - unfortunately in spite of repeated reminders there has been no positive development on this front and the simple task of transferring my PF contributions to the UAN has not been done till date(March 2024-19 months). 2. It is very surprising to note that my travel expense reimbursements for the last 3 months of my working have not been credited to my account (again.....in spite of incessant follow up and repeated reminders) - please note that the argument over here is not about the money but the principle that an employee made expenses for the organization and has not been in receipt of the same almost after 2 years of separation). 3.As might be evident from the earlier mentioned points the organization has not even bothered to send me a Full & Final Settlement Letter even after this duration nor have they bothered to provide me with a relieving Letter . all the above instances were unimaginable for me when i had joined the organization and even more surprising is the delay which has happenned for the rightful demand.
