      -Caring and creative leaders -Exciting projects

      Cons

      -Seasonal positions are only scheduled about half the year, so if you have low seniority, you’ll likely have to find other work. -There is a fairly long probationary period -Some of the work locations can get very warm in the summer months

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
