Pros

Every teenager at some point has always wanted to become a ride operator, and it fulfills that goal. Easy work, however if you don't have the mind to love the theme park, you will find it repetitive.

Cons

Working at the Jurassic Park ride during the summer can be a pain due to the heat.

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
