      Pros

      Everyone actually gets along and it's a super flexible job! All of that Makes working actually enjoyable. There is plenty of room for personal growth.

      Cons

      Managers tend to bounce around from location to location. Although the majority of them are awesome, it can be frustrating always having new managers.

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Pay is not the best at the start but gets better the longer you stay

      Pros

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
