Answering phones, reconciling cash drawers and petty cash. Entering customer information in computer. Handling ALL complaints, entering payments. Answering emails. Checking ALL customer bills for any discrepancies. Taking customer reservations, renting U-Haul and Storage units. Maintenance up keep on property. Inventory and purchase of supplies. Train and hire new employees. Collection calls to customers collecting outstanding balances. STARS TEAM Duties: Would go into other facility that we would manage and convert everything over to our operating system. Auditing facility and inventory of equipment and products. Purchase items needed to operate at our company standards.

work life balance, fair pay, some days are super easy, good health benefits

Some days are super frustrating, job security is questionable at times, customer's can be rude
