      I enjoyed working with my other USS colleagues, as well as working under other supervisors

      Cons

      As soon as the slightest problem ensues, you will no longer be of any use to them, and be ejected from the company.

      I appreciate being able to work right away and people don't treat you terribly

      There is ZERO way to move up the ladder or be recognized enough to one day be a direct hire
