Director cum owner calling you any time without reason. If you are new then no one is going to listen you and if you give any advise it is useless. Management will only listed to people who are there from years(more than 15 years). Mental harassment is like anything everything handled by 1 person who dont know what is vision, what is management , what is work life balance. if you go on time to home then you will get a call from owner that why you left on time ? what the hell is that.
