Management - Anonymous employee Universal Security Systems Employee Review

I was hired to work for this company as a site manager. Prior to being hired I specifically asked about the chain of command and who I was to report to. After only three days of training the member of the management team who hired me and who instructed me that he was my point of contact for any questions during my training, began to show signs of irritation when I would call. Granted had a lot of questions, but that was because I wanted to insure that I was providing the company with the style of management they expected. on the fourth day of training, I discovered a man power shortage issue that was going to happen two days later. I reported the issue to my POC and I was informed that it would be taken care of. Queries regarding who would be fill the gap were avoided. I did not work on the day that the issue would occur but I called to insure that the unknown individual showed up, which of course he didn't. I attempted to contact the current site manager with no answer, after which I began to call my POC. After two hours I received a rude call from a member of the management team I did not know, who was berating me for repeatedly calling my POC on his day off. When I tried to explain that there was an important issue that needed to be addressed and I only started to call my POC when I could not reach the site manager. I was cut off mid sentence and told I should be aware of the policy regarding these types of issues. When I tried to explain that I was still in training I was again cut off. Finally when I asked how she found out about the issue (because I had not contacted her) she told me that was not my concern, at which point I politely resigned.
