I enjoyed the work, the people and the overall company culture.

The only con I can think of is that sometimes direction on projects was not clear.

- significant potential for growth within the company - most colleagues were great to work with - fast-paced work environment - no one day was the same, every day had new tasks

- leadership frequently changed directions on projects leading to a lack of consistency and clarity - generally negative and unprofessional atmosphere - toxic work environment and company culture that impacted morale - high turnover rate, leading to instability within the team - persistent feelings of burden and stress due to workload and unclear expectations
