Pros

hmm none other than you got a job

Cons

They use deceptive practices to sale you this job that promises residual income and extensive training, mentorship and what have you but they don't deliver not even close. The whole operation is pretty shady they claim things to you and to customers that are only half-truths they like to act like they've been in business for so long and are a reputable company but really they just restructured 2 years ago or so and before that they was just sales and no processing. Your job is to go out and sink or swim with the 3days of training that you get. Some of the managers try and help out as much as possible but for the most part you are on your own. Compensation stinks its a draw setup and theres like no job security. They've got a revolving door and the only ones that stay are there cause they are being sponsored by the company and hence are stuck which is really disgusting. This company purports to stand behind integrity but really has none.

Nice colleagues, everyone feels overqualified.

Cons

Super high rotation rate. For all bad reasons.
