The only pro at this horrible place is probably getting a paycheck evety two weeks.(if you last that long)

Cons

Management sucks! They listen to the wrong people,the owner thinks he is god and you are supposed to please him all the time if you want to keep your job,on my 20+ years in the manufacturing area this is the worst I have ever seen,nothing is going to change as long as the owner stills there.
