Good hours and the bosses are usually available for any questions/concerns. Pools I have worked are good- not a lot of difficult people and they usually schedule you at pools nearest to you.

Low pay compared to other pools, can be hard to get a day off if it is not 2 weeks in advanced.

Lifeguarding at pools 5 feet deep is pretty easy.

you get super bored and the owner is kinda lazy
