Pros
Many nurses and techs care and work hard to be a team on the floor.
Cons
Upper management prioritizes friendships over all. They clearly do not want loyal or dependable employees unless those employees always agree. Nepotism is rampant. If you smile, are agreeable regardless and enjoy "extracurricular activities" at work you will love it! Truly like a bully society. Very unfortunate. Many options if you are single with minimal work ethic however. You may even promote to a director position.
