Bad management - Anonymous employee Universal Health Services, Inc. Employee Review

Horrible management. They don’t know how make an initiative and actually prevent growth in my role in rev cycle. I was more than capable but the manager said we don’t need you to do that. They prevent employees growth and advancement. Pay is not great either
