Some roles pay well You officially don't work weekends or bank holidays.

Retention of good staff proving difficult, staff members that do stay, only stay for the money until a better job presents itself. You're micromanaged, no unity within departments, no common goal to work towards. Managers have more faces than big ben! You are always made to feel on edge. All staff are treated badly and exploited.

Well considering my indeed review has now been removed twice, for some strange reason - i thought i would give on here ago. There is a reason your notice period is 3 months and that is because of high staff turn over. I didnt make it up management told me. HR are not supportive and there is no such thing as GDPR If you want the whole company to know something then here is the place to be. Dont ask for a pay review - it wont come. No thankyou for your hard work or dedication. The way they treat certain people is shocking.
