      Pros

      Great atmosphere and positive work environment

      Cons

      Heavily overworked while somewhat brainwashed into thinking this opportunity is the only opportunity out there to make big money. Truth is, is that it comes down to politics to get through the entrepreneurship aspect of the business. This is a good job for a young college kid that should know what hard work looks like. Not ideal for someone with a lot of bills... heavy investment required to get through to partnership.

We do lay out our day to day schedule during the interview process, so maybe there was a misunderstanding about what was expected. This position requires a lot of grinding outside of the normal 9-5 in the beginning and we understand that this is not for everyone.       Great for professionals development; intensive training sessions; was tasked with executing my own training sessions as well as planning conferences

      Not your typical 9-5, a lot of variety which some people may not enjoy
