      This company is driven to develop the best OLED materials possible. There is no BS politics - just people working to do the best job they can. Generous bonuses are paid each year.

      Pros

      Onsite cafe which is free. Free breakfast and lunch. Very generous bonus and stock grants. Great work culture.

      Cons

      They seem to lowball on the salary, and any promotion takes a minimum of 3 years.

      Pros

      Great internship experience. Everyone is nice, and there is a lot of work that you can do. Company lunch every Wednesday, and you get to learn a lot of cool stuff that's going on in the recent developments of hardware.

      Cons

      Nothing I can really think about. Maybe a little bit too much freedom. I feel like I could have done a lot more work done, but maybe they just don't have much experience with interns.
