Company run by a handful of senior management who only care about the financial aspect of the business. Do not care about their workers at all. Many of whom have left for greener pastures. Always looking to get the job done at the minimum expense to the company(to the extent of holding back payments or cutting down on claims after jobs completed). No regard for health & safety.
