HORRIBLE SUPPORT FROM CORPORATE OFFICE - General Manager Universal Care Employee Review

Great job to have, atmosphere wise, I do not know if they still exist the year I worked there was not on this system

Pay was kind of low

Meeting some nice patients and co-workers. Free lunch if goal was met.

Very unorganized, messy, and confusing dental office as well as the corporate office. Minimal training, low pay, very short staffed, overbooked, fast paced, not enough supplies or employees to do the job usually the office would have to barrow supplies and employees from a sister office. Stressed out employees, doctors, and patients. Some patients are even booked during lunch time or the doctor leaves early when patients are left waiting! Some patients are also booked when the office is closed or about to close or booked the wrong day and need to be rescheduled. Management is horrible and cruel as well as upper management and HR! They take no responsibility. Lots of favoritism. Not an honest company.
