Not a career for females - Anonymous employee Universal Capacity Solutions Employee Review

They say we hired you for a reason. They say we will give you whatever tools to be great. They do not. Men dominate the workplace a lot of inappropriate comments made. They do not really care about employees and do not like emotions and or stick up for you. It seems so real but it is not what you think. Pay is ok but nothing that major. They really need to work on positive energy and not just talk about it. It would be so much better if they did.
