      branch colleague were nice (there's only 4 staff btw)

      Cons

      No proper pay raise throughout my journey there. There was "once", on the surface, its a pay raise due to performance but NO, it happened to be the year where federal increase the minimum pay amount.

      This company is great and has wonderful people who work for it. There are a lot of changes occurring but I have only seen positive changes. I love what I do and the people I work with
