Predominantly seems to be a cultural barrier due to its predominantly being dished out by a particular group of individuals. Literally heard multiple times a upper manager/chief/staff professional verbally belittle or beat down an fellow coworker. Carrier progression is very slow, the expectation is that you work at a higher level job description for 1 or more years before you get the pay and level promotion.
