Pros
10+ years with this job. You have potential to grow in your job and move up. Opportunities to do lots of events out in the community and earn extra perks. My family come first and with U1 I finally found a company that cares about work/life balance. Wouldn't trade this job for the World!
Cons
You have to want a promotion here. They don't just fall in your lap.. but they definitely recognize the people who want to move and mentor them upward.
