      Pros

      The pros are they don't micromanage you. As long as you are dedicated and get your job done they do not bother you. also there is room to grow in this company which is always a plus.

      Cons

      the only con i can think of is lack of communication from management at times!

      - Great coworkers/employees - Low stress - FTO is quite generous

      Cons

      - Annual merit increases and bonuses are very disappointing every year - Lack of culture - Considering the size of the company, it is extremely frugal - Inconsistent management across teams
