      This company expects a lot out of their HUCs. Basically the HUCs and CNAs do everything. Quite scary if you ask me.

      Basically the HUCs and CNAs do everything. Quite scary if you ask me. This is an issue. You see a ton of RNs hardly working.

      The only thing about this place is my coworkers.

      Cons

      Training. Management. Definitally have favorites. Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
