Worked at Methodist facility in Peoria. Approve of CEO and CNO as both are driven to provide best care to patients possible. Great culture especially nursing and very much enjoyed working with most of the people. Quality focused!
Cons
Joining an Iowa based health system. Iowa model of care is sub par to say the least. Methodist took an enormous step backwards when they joined Iowa Health System as they were leaders in nothing.
