Pros
- care about employees - FINALLY have a nice gym (@ St. Luke's) - Some great managers to work with - Whenever there is a great letter of thanks from a former patient, it is spread quickly for all to see- they really appreciate good nurses who work hard and do amazing things for their patients
Cons
- some managers are not the greatest and upper management is sometimes slow to get new managers - not just for St. Luke's but for all hospitals in Iowa... you NEED to increase nurses salary. There is a major reason why we are so short here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
