People get laid off every 3 months unless they are top sales even though the company is hiring constantly. High pressure targets. Non stop calls. Your job is not secure, I know lots of people who have also worked there.... Pretty much like clock work everyone gets laid off after 3 months except the 3-6 top performing agents. Targets are high but not impossible. Pretty easy laid back job but not at all secure.
