Management is not in alignment with their own values.
People are not paid well on the lower level jobs - they are paid as they have always been - not well. Those wages have not gone up ---but to maintain upper level "talent" - those wages are really impressive. So you are working and doing the work of several people even - and not making what you should to function in the world.
As a company - they seem to want to benefit from spiritual principles - but do not want to invest in them - or the people who visit the village for them. They want to invest in spiritual principles enough to make money.
People on the bottom are not valued.
