Pros

None. Literally not a single one.

Cons

I am still angry I bothered working here thinking it would make a "positive impact". Gross pay discrepancies. I was negotiated down to take less than my previous job to work at a bank where management is on silly money. That money meant a lot to me. To them, it's nothing. Then you do more than your job description and they change that rather than adjust your pay fairly. Things that management actually did: A director sent an email to staff on a Sunday night during a snow storm to say they expected us all to travel to the office. That director did not come in the next day. One member of staff's partner had a traumatic, life-threatening accident and they called that staff member to say, "she didn't die though, you're coming in tomorrow, right?" I suspect all positive reviews here are from current staff who have been asked to post them in an attempt to hide the negative ones - this was attempted for Google reviews once. (It wasn't understood that a bad Google review cannot be deleted by the company being reviewed. Obviously, this was the fault of those on "Customer First" who were expected to hack Google. I could go on and on about how bad this place is.
