The management team were just awful - often they were unprofessional, chaotic and unsupportive of some staff. The Head was not very inclusive - both of certain children and staff who were not 'her favourites'. Safeguarding of the children was questionable. Enter this teaching role with caution. If you have a 'face that fits', you may be okay. If not, you will hiding in a cupboard crying , feeling undervalued and frustrated.
