      Long term contract with a better than average daily rate. Good life support and a 8 & 4 week rotation

      Poor management team. More interested in their own position rather than the team.

      Fatlip firing all experienced people to bring in shiet bags that he knew from bouncing in lindon.

      Pros

      URG pays expatriates very well, those on rotational work are well looked after from a pay point of view.

      Cons

      The mid level and senior managers in Iraq allow and foster a dreadful work culture. I have never seen so many highly paid people desperately looking for other jobs. Sexist, racist, openly threatening; really unpleasant place to work.
