I have been working here for more than a year in sales and the industry has become challenging. The leadership is transparent and keeps us informed, which makes a big difference when navigating market shifts. I have learnt more here than in any recruitment space I’ve worked in before. The expectations are high, but so is the exposure. You’re trusted with responsibility early, and there’s no ceiling on what you can learn if you apply yourself. It’s not an easy environment as the market has been tough, but it is one where you grow fast and gain real insight into how the business works.

This is not for everyone and people who prefer a desk job with no learning or anything admin shouldnt apply.

Working at Unity Healthcare Recruitment has been an incredibly empowering journey. I was given the opportunity to support senior leaders on a critical project, and after delivering it successfully, I was entrusted to lead future initiatives. Being in an environment where my contributions are truly seen and appreciated has been so rewarding. Over the past year, which flew by! I’ve grown in confidence, learning how to balance independent ownership with strong, collaborative teamwork.
