Pros
WCMC works as a family, most times. Everyone knows you by name and team work goes smoothly in most departments. Hours are long but most other nurses are helpful! Pay is competitive but not big city pay.
Cons
Ancient charting system No specified nurse to patient ratio No paid holidays Nothing gets done about "write ups", there is no follow up. ER is a complete train wreck
