No Work exposure, As a professional I would like to convey that, this Company is not for Professionals. . Being a professional it's so frustrating to having no authority to take decision. No one will report you from team. Not an employee friendly Company. The Company policies changes overnight here. No fixed policies, it keeps changing as per the whims and wishes of Management. Increment is a day dream. Company has used the COVID situation in a best way. There were fewer benefits to the employees and after COVID it's zero/no benefits to employees. They have a very great disrespect towards employees. There will be super work pressure and stretching is a daily job here. No work life balance can be maintained. No increment since last 3 years on the name of Covid, however company is earning very well. Only 6 leaves in a year else salary will be deducted. Nothing to learn, in fact you'll loose your previous learnings as well.
