      Politics is the worst. Data manipulation and most of the leadership from the operations only cares about themselves.

      WFH - Hybrid Set-up Open Communications

      Cons

      They removed the leave conversion (LOL) Salary - hopefully they'll aligned the salary based on where they're located now (before when they're based in Bacoor, Cavite, their salary isa higher than other BPOs that are based in Cavite, but now that they're already in Metro hopefully there will be some adjustments)
