The work environment is highly motivating. There was a true spirit of learning new technologies and research when I was working. This company is built strong with the power of freshers with a proper guidance from the top level management. They got a perfect plan for moulding their employees. A few of things which I would like to highlight 1. The management encourage to come up with new ideas or product concepts 2. A Stress free work environment. 3. Flexible timings/Work from home for genuine employees and reasons. 4. Great attitude from the management team. 5. Immense opportunities for the freshers. I really miss this place often. Even I tried once to get into the team again.

1. The management is not keen on holding the freshers or those who are leaving the company. The attitude is “let the employees spread their wings and fly high without any support” once I asked the CEO on an open forum. 2. Too much of lenience which some employees ruin the work culture.

The environment and work culture are very friendly. I have been with Unity Bees for past 2 years. This is one of the best environment I ever worked. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. That you can join as a Fresher and build your career goals. * Work From Home(if the reasons are genuine) * Best of talented colleagues * No pressure for Billability. So complete focus is on our Work. Great mentors are in the company to give a proper guidance in career progression, they are helping me a lot to set my career goals and growth. You have a fabulous option to work with CTO/CEO of the company even if you are fresher, that opens a lot of doors in your career. Unity Bees has skilled professionals (technical, devs and functional) who are passionate about what they do and deliver quality. It is a pleasure to work in an environment where you can learn a lot from others and which is very supportive. The culture is very opened and offers a great life balance!
