Pros
Unitron is very Work-Life balanced. They have a lot of extracurricular activities that they support, as well as a chosen charity (guide dogs). You will feel like family.
Cons
Not much of a con - but you will likely have to work with overseas contacts, and that is a challenge when everything is always due yesterday (it is still a busy place)
