Most other employees were nice and helpful. There were a lot of cliques. Reps who have been there longest are friends with the owner. They ar able to get away with a lot.

It’s hard work. Customers are mean. It’s hard to come up with different ways to say no when the customer doesn’t accept that answer, but you learn different ways from other reps. After covid the managers couldn’t make up their minds if we were going to keep working from home or not. They changed it every week. It made it hard to plan. If you complained or threatened to quit then you could work from home and that was unfair.
