I entered this job with 4+ years of furniture and customer service/call center experience. I came in with new ideas, shared furniture anatomy/schematics and a fresh, intelligent approach to the job. Unfortunately, I worked under a literal HICK from the disgusting southern states with a room temperature IQ. No room for advancement, in fact, he feared me. Why promote me? I could take his job. Ridiculous workplace.
