Pros
People (non-management) are great and hard working. They need professional and responsible leadership that truly cares about them. Worked with and love the Finance, I.T. and HR Teams currently in place.
Cons
Management needs to be more professional, better trained on treating people and learn to provide pay increases at a minimum of every 2 years.
