      Pros

      I started as a fresher and never thought I could become an expert in digital marketing in all these years. Thanks to all seniors who have been generous towards me all the time and helped me through my entire learning process. With many varieties of projects, I got lots of opportunities to learn and hone my skills.

      Cons

      There could be more flexibility about their Late coming policy. Otherwise, there are no cons I have noticed so far.

      Low salary package, even lower increments. Salary is given nearly in the middle of the month Too much workload compared to salary Irresponsive management I didn't receive an appointment letter even after working for a year The notice period is 30 days, but they give the release letter nearly 2 months after the last day of the notice period No payment slip is given No other employee benefits
