Ability to work remotely even before the pandemic.
Cons
Long hours, salary is below industry standard for eDiscovery PMs, Horrible invoicing workflow that PMs are responsible for completing every month. Oh and did I mention?.... LONG HOURS!! you will burn out! 60+ hours a week is common at this place. Recently this place is looking like the Titanic, PMs are jumping ship like i've never seen in my career.
