Pros

No pros that I can even think of

Cons

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. From the start, training should be given from someone with experience but they just give the title to someone who thinks they can write and throws everything in ChatGPT. The manager I worked under was so emotionally unstable. Would belittle and get frustrated regularly then catch themselves and try and be nice right after. Then the constant blaming past employees for mistakes who had been gone for months prior came. It immediately became such a toxic environment all while dumping their mess of a department on me and expecting me to clean up YEARS of them being behind in the department. Very unprofessional and unorganized work environment altogether from the start. During the interview process I kept receiving the wrong emails of different candidates, a first red flag I unfortunately excused at the time. My managers true colors immediately came out, they would openly encourage things like “feel free to go talk to HR if you have a problem” with them. I’ve never experienced a manager who encourages employees to do this. Only someone who knows your word will never be taken serious and knows their word is the only one that matters, right or wrong. So, the moment I started asking questions and expressing my concerns on the state of the chaos, I was immediately fired within that same week. HR and the head of the department (who said supervisor talked negatively about on 1:1 calls) didn’t even bother to ask me one question when I was fired, completely on the spot with not much said (some other reviews also confirmed the on the spot firing). Truly a snake in the grass. There are some nice people but too many rotten apples in higher places. Save yourself time and your peace of mind and stay clear of this place. The relief that came after being out of there is far greater than I can explain.
