Awful - Machine Operator United Wire Employee Review

Management style is horrendous, the manager leads staff by fear of losing their jobs. Would not recommend to anyone to work here. Everyone who works there are very set in their ways as have been there for over 20 odd year so they think it is "normal". Stay away if you want to be treated like a real human and not slave driven. Worst place i have ever worked without a doubt. So many things would need changed including their management, who had plenty of complaints put in about him but nothing was ever done. No idea how they got away with a lot of things as most of it was against law within a workplace.
