      Pros

      They are very quick to respond. All my question and concerns are addressed promptly and they are good with what they say. I was very pleased that everything USG promised they give and are willing to work with you on anything you need.

      Cons

      As with everything in life no one or no company is perfect. If I have to pick one on one thing I will say payroll process can be improved.

      Pros

      The people are really nice to work with, they are patience and kind for the most part.

      Cons

      They are very stuck in their old ways. Very advise to changes and progression, and do not have a fully formed business structure. Everything is funneled to the CEO vs having department head that can freely do their job. Instead every employee is micromanaged. There is no real growth in this company, partly because there is no real structure.
