Pros

Will almost always be work. Overtime is common enough. Health/dental insurance is good value.

Cons

Pay is below industry standard Pay is below area standard Middle & upper management is completely tone deaf, self interested. A few bad floor managers can't plan anything past a week, seemingly make decisions on whims. Hiring managers want experience & certification, won't pay for it. Management will provide opportunities & travel for sales teams, production is pretty much treated like trash. You can feel this facility has no future, & people are basically either getting out while they can, or trying to get as much out of it as possible before the inevitable crash.

Pros

The product and mission are incredible

Cons

Lack of structure lack of management from SLT, the process is in shambles making it impossible for the technicians to make deadlines and impacts the overall quality of the product. Stress is a huge overall factor across all departments, massive ineffective micromanagement, lack of morale, lack of job satisfaction, the company doesn’t care about their employees in any fashion it’s all about numbers, the bottom line and the look. You could work overtime to no one, go above and beyond and be an exemplary employee but it wont matter. Unless you are part of senior leadership you are insignificant, replaceable and wrong.
