      Culture.. family feel.. even though the company is huge you feel like you have a voice and are valued.

      Cons

      Hard to balance work and life, hours are long and there isn't much of an appetite from Managers to be flexible.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
