Pros
I've worked at United Rentals a few times over the years in their corporate office. They have been a fair and honest employer for years, and even when their plans required changing in the local staff, they often spoke months ahead of time of the plans. It's disappointing to separate from a company you like but the open honesty about upcoming major changes were refreshing.
Cons
Corporate environment was limited a great deal by the branch environment. Not uncommon but it would have had better interactions from an employee standpoint if they didn't tether policies to match both corporate offices and branch locations.
